Madonna victorious in Mercy adoption mission?

After weeks of self-serving speculation you could cut with a spoon,Madonna has allegedly persuaded the courts in Malawi to allow the completion of her plans to adopt.
Madge, 50, has campaigned for two years to gain legal custody of now-year old  Chifundo Mercy James, but her application was blocked by a lower court in March and she immediately launched an appeal. Today she was told by her attorney, Alan Chinula, that two of the East African nations three appeal Judges are fully in favor, and the third would soon fall in line with his colleagues resolve.
The official announcement will be made at the Court house on Sunday, but a court insider has confirmed the good news, The paperwork is being typed up now. All recommendations are in favor, and Mercy should start packing her bags - Shes off to America!
The Material Mommy has been seriously keen for Mercy to be a sister for adopted son, David, who made the trip from Malawi in 2006. Mercys first chance was blocked because the lower court ruled Madge had to live in the country for at least 18-months before she applied, but one judge soon changed his mind and Mercys adoption has hit no more snags. No stone has been left unturned to prove that ruling was wrong. a close friend told the Suns scribes.

As for the lady herself, a close friend told the press, Shes ecstatic! She made a promise that she wouldnt give up on Mercy, and she could move mountains when shes this determined. Yes, and being worth $600m also helps to persuade.
In other news, Madges former husband, Guy Ritchie, 40, was recently spied in West Hollywood, deeply engaged in an intimate dinner with a delightful but unknown brunette. It was the pairs second date in a week. Details are patchy, but well keep you advised if he gets to dessert.Source: hotmommagossip.com
