With no visible bruises from her alleged beat down from Chris Brown, Rihanna spent last weekend down in Punta Mita, Mexico relaxing in the sun.

Beside thatm,after multiple reports of Rihanna being in hiding, appearing recently for her 21st birthday in L.A. and possibly being pregnant at the time of an alleged assault by boyfriend and singer Chris Brown, the singer now has appeared under the Mexico sun all glazed and oiled wearing a bikini and looking quite beautiful in the Mexican town of Punta Mita.

A source said that Rihanna is vacationing with her closest friends in a private oceanfront villa in Punta Mita in honor of her 21st birthday.

According to witnesses, the injuries she sustained from her altercation with Chris Brown were not visible on her face.

The New York Daily News reports, "The shocking bruises that sources say boyfriend Chris Brown left on the songbird's face just before the Grammy Awards were not visible...Nor was she smiling."

Photographed by paparazzi in Mexico you can visibly see no marks on Rihanna in the bikini photographs taken, but one may say makeup artists can do wonderful things. Though Rihanna looked lovely and, as if she just stepped out the pool due to her wet hair and glimmering body, the star had a somewhat sad and depressed look on her face. Meanwhile, reports are circulating that Chris Brown�s March 5th court date may be pushed up due to lack of evidence by investigators and, in other news, the singer has been losing endorsement deals and his songs have been losing rotation on radio stations due to the photo of Rihanna that was leaked by TMZ.

Meanwhile, Chris' court date may be postponed so the DA can gather more evidence for the case.

Chris has remained in seclusion, no one has seen him since the altercation. He is however reportedly taking anger management classes in Glendale, Ca.

The actress fell pregnant and was infinitely thankful for her healthy pregnancy. She said if she were to get pregnant again, that would be wonderful - but she was thankful to have just one child.

Well, now it looks like Nicole Kidman may be pregnant again after sporting what appears to be a baby bump in Japan at the premiere of 'Australia'.

Slumdog actor beaten by dad

Tom Brady & Gisele B�ndchen quietly got married in a small, private ceremony in Santa Monica, Calif., on Thursday, sources tell PEOPLE.

The New England Patriots quarterback and the Brazilian supermodel wed just before 6 p.m. at St. Monica Catholic Church, less than a mile from the beach. Brady's 1 � son, John Edward Thomas, was present at the wedding. They followed the wedding with a small gathering at their Brentwood home. Brady, 31, and B�ndchen, 28, got engaged last month. "He asked and she accepted," a source close to the couple told PEOPLE at the time. The is the first marriage for both. Reps for Brady and B�ndchen could not be reached for comment.

'Scared' Chris Brown receives death threats

R&B chart-topper Chris Brown has reportedly received death threats after a photograph of a bruised and battered woman believed to be Rihanna was leaked onto the internet.
The 19-year-old singer - who is accused of threatening a woman earlier this month - has been left fearing for his life after receiving a series of menacing messages following the photo's publication.
A source told In Touch Weekly magazine: "Chris is scared. Not only has he probably lost his career and his girlfriend, but he's also fearing for his security and his life.

"The photo was the last straw. The threats started pouring in the moment that appeared."
Rihanna, 21, has allegedly told police Chris beat her, choked her until she passed out and threatened to kill her during an argument in Los Angeles.
Chris has been charged with making criminal threats and released on $50,000 bail and is being investigated for other felonies including domestic violence and assault resulting in great bodily injury.
The source added: "He faces criminal charges and possible jail time, but he's going to have to deal with Rihanna's legion of fans and her close-knit friends in the industry."
Meanwhile, the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) has confirmed it is still investigating how the photograph - a close up of a young woman's face with cuts on her lips, bruises to her cheeks and forehead and a swollen nose - was leaked.
LAPD spokesman Lieutenant John Romero said: "They said they were looking into it vigorously. We are not talking about the protocols because it will relate to this investigation."
Although the LAPD has not formally identified the woman in the picture as Rihanna, they have admitted the picture appears to have been taken "during an official domestic violence investigation".

While Slumdog Millionaire piled up the Oscars Sunday night, Angelina Jolie and Jennifer Aniston defied expectations and piled on the smiles � as their dual appearance at Hollywood's night of nights was as smooth as the silk gowns that filled the Kodak Theatre.

Freida Pinto has a secret husband, it has been claimed.

The Slumdog Millionaire star allegedly tied the knot with Rohan Antao in December 2007.

Last week, it was reported Freida had dated Rohan for four years before dumping him to further her career. It was believed the pair had been engaged, not married.

A source said: "Freida and Rohan fell in love at college and were extremely close. They were great together. The marriage was an impulsive decision.

They were deeply in love.

"But she just stopped calling him around the time of the Golden Globe Awards, when the film started making waves internationally. He is completely shocked at being dumped and is heartbroken.

"They had decided to keep the marriage a secret until they felt ready to talk about it openly."

The 24-year-old beauty has refused to comment on the speculation, and friends insist Rohan will not speak out either.

The source added: "Even though she has dumped Rohan now, he is not the kind who will go out and speak against her."

Freida's agent in India, Meenakshi Gehani, said: "We do not want to comment. However, if she is married then whoever is claiming it should produce a marriage certificate."

Freida Pinto has denied she is dating her Slumdog Millionaire co-star Dev Patel.
The stunning actress insists rumours she is romancing Dev are false, branding the 18-year-old actor a "little boy".
When asked if the pair are dating, Freida, 24, said: "No we are not. We're not dating, no.
When quizzed again, Freida added: "Like I said, the little boy in the film - he's a kid."
Dev also dismissed speculation, saying: "I thought she was going to say something else. But of course, no, we're not seeing each other."
Last week, Dev and Freida's Slumdog Millionaire co-star Anil Kapoor claimed the pair were an item.

Whitney Houston has urged Rihanna not to take Chris Brown back.
The legendary singer reportedly warned Rihanna to cut all ties with Chris after the Run It star was arrested for allegedly beating her up.

Whitney - who had a violent relationship with ex-husband Bobby Brown - is believed to have spoken to Rihanna, telling her: "Don't make the same mistakes I did."
A source told the National Enquirer magazine: "When Whitney heard what had happened to Rihanna, she was close to tears. Right then she knew she had to contact her and urge her to get out of the relationship while she can. She made it clear that Rihanna should dump Chris.
"Whitney told her, 'Whenever you let your heart rule your head, you are bound to run into trouble'."
Despite Whitney's advice, 21-year-old Rihanna has reportedly forgiven Chris and the pair have been in constant contact via phone calls and text messages.
The source added: "Even after what Chris did to her, Rihanna is crazy about him. They have been talking and have agreed that once the legal problems are ironed out, they will be together.
"They have vowed to meet at a secret rendezvous location outside of Los Angeles."
It has been alleged Rihanna was left with cuts and bruises to her lips, cheeks and forehead after Chris, 19, beat her in his car earlier this month.
The Barbados-born beauty is believed to have told police officers Chris threatened to kill her.
Chris has since released a statement saying he is "sorry and saddened over what transpired".

"Slumdog" kids feted as heroes after Oscar sweep

MUMBAI (Reuters Life!) - With sweets, flower garlands and hordes of paparazzi, the child stars of "Slumdog Millionaire" were feted like true celebrities in India on Thursday as the nation celebrated the film's Oscar haul earlier this week.

Gun-totting police and private guards whisked away the six child actors who emerged from Mumbai airport smiling and holding hands, waving to the television crews and photographers that awaited them.

As journalists jostled to get close to the actors, the children were hoisted on their relatives' shoulders or on top of cars. Some wore bright marigold garlands around their necks.

"It was amazing, America was amazing," gushed Rubina Ali, 8, who played Latika, the film's heroine, as a young girl.

Ali was one of several cast members of the film who were flown to Los Angeles to attend the Academy Awards ceremony, in which the rags-to-riches romance won 8 Oscars, including best picture and best director.

"I loved the pizza there. People are so beautiful. I'm happy to be back but I want to go to America again," she said, barely able to contain her excitement.

At the Garibnagar slum, one of the hundreds of shantytowns in Mumbai that form the backdrop of the film, some 500 people danced to the Oscar-winning score of the movie to fete Azharuddin Ismail, who played the role of Salim, the hero's brother, as a young boy.

Ismail's neighbors crowded around his home -- just a tarpaulin hovel without even a bed -- to listen to the 8-year-old boy talk about his experiences.

"He is looking much nicer than before," said Asma Rafiq Khan, a 24-year-old neighbor. "He will have changed after going to such grand places."

The two child actors are to receive new homes from the Indian authorities after the small-budget movie swept the Oscars. Ali currently lives in a tiny hovel in the same rubbish strewn slum near railway tracks where Ismail lives. Open sewers run nearby and neither children's homes have running water.

There was an outcry after pictures emerged of the child stars living in squalor despite the $15 million movie earning about $100 million since its North American release last November.

But since the Oscars, India's media has been caught in a patriotic frenzy and politicians have jumped on the bandwagon to praise the Indians involved in the British film.

Most of the children said they had brought back gifts for their family and friends from the United States.

"I bought earrings for my mother and sister," said Ayush Khedekar, who played the young Jamal, the film's hero who wins love and fortune on a television game show.

"And I got chocolates for my schoolmates."

Miley accessorized with a clutch by Mary Norton, Neil Lane diamond earrings and BCBG shoes. She wore her hair in a low, loose chignon and kept her makeup subtle. Miley joked that her dress weighed "100,000 pounds." She said she chose it because it reminded her of the Little Mermaid. See? Wholesome. Sweet. Disney. Very smart, Miley.
The cinched waist leading down to the encrusted petals are magnificent - in a Quinceanera kind of way. But I do appreciate the boldness of the dress - BUT - don't think I haven't forgotten about the whole Asian caricature incident. Yes, it is that serious. I am simply judging the dress on her.

While being interviewed by Ryan Seacrest, he asked her who she was "celebrity stalking" tonight. She said Angelina Jolie saying that she wouldn't mind being adopted by her. Okay Miley - just show the picture of you pulling your eyes back doing that degrading Asian gesture and I am SURE Angelina would love to adopt you considering she has two adopted Asian kids.

Apparently, she was worried about dressing too old. No need for concern Miley. This looks like something for a birthday party, not the Oscars.

Kate Winslet looked fabulous as she took home the Best Actress trophy from the 81st Annual Academy Awards. Kristian Dowling/WireImage.com After a decade of producing stellar work, Kate Winslet finally won a much deserved Oscar last Sunday.

Kudos to her for that, but what's really impressed me this awards season wasn't her massive collection of trophies but her gorgeous red carpet looks from one event to the next. Kate clearly has fun mixing up her different styles, playing with some color, and showing her botoxed colleagues that keeping it natural is beautiful -- and allows an actress to show emotion onscreen so you can win awards for years to come!
The season started in January at the Golden Globes, where Kate donned an exquisite black Yves St. Laurent strapless gown. She chose YSL again for this week's Oscar ceremony. Her one-shoulder gray dress had beautiful black lace detail and definitely looked like something a Best Actress winner would wear. While Kate's 8-year-old daughter was "mortified" that she donned a gray dress, the gown was a hit with most red carpet watchers. For the BAFTAs in London, Kate rocked a Zac Posen halter. I'm not sure about that umbrella, but at least she's carrying it in notoriously rainy England! My favorite look of Winslet's was the cobalt blue Narciso Rodriguez frock that she wore to the Screen Actors Guild Awards. The vibrant color is a welcome respite from the black and neutral gowns that have been so popular this season. Her hair and makeup were also particularly flattering at this event.

Transformers star Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green have quietly ended their engagement to be married, a source confirms to PEOPLE.

"The decision was mutual," says the source. "They're still friends." The two met in 2004 and were engaged two years later in November 2006. Green, 35, who stars in Fox's Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, told PEOPLE as recently as November that he and Fox were hopeful for a small wedding or even elopement.

First birthday party for J-Lo and Mark Anthony's twins

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony celebrated their 1-year-old twins Max and Emme with a birthday party at their Bel Air home on Saturday.

About 50 guests, including Nicole Richie, Joel Madden and their daughter Harlow, 1, joined the casual afternoon party, which started at about 1 p.m. Several guests were seen arriving with gifts in Elmo and Disney bags. Others brought stuffed animals and "Happy Birthday" balloons in festive shapes and colors. The backyard, where the party was held, was decorated with festive metallic silver balloons and a blue-and-red color theme. Two moonbouncers, a clown and upbeat music entertained guests, who were served non-alcoholic slush drinks provided by The Margarita Man. Guests sang "Happy Birthday" while a cake decorated with candles from Rosebud Cakes was presented. Max and Emme's actual birthday is Sunday.

First up Tina, who had her first session in a very, very long time.
As you can see, a large part is still not done, but she's pretty tough, so hopefully this piece will be finished in July.

And after her came Morten, who don't technically have a backpiece, more like a large back tattoo, but who cares!
This time they finished all the black, so with the help of some painkillers and Baldrian pills, the next session will hopefully be his last.

Nicole Richie is pregnant

In an interview with Diane Sawyer, Nicole Richie confirmed for the first time that she's pregnant with Good Charlotte singer Joel Madden's baby, saying:
"Yes, I am. We are. I'm almost four months."

Finally... it's Oscar day! After a month of discussing whether Slumdog Millionaire will win Best Picture or if Kate Winslet will finally get her long-awaited golden statue, the moment has finally arrived.



As huge lovers of movies and all things Hollywood, we thought we'd share our picks for the top 6 categories. Our choices are based on industry buzz, personal preference, and gut feelings. We do not under any circumstances suggest you use our picks for any Oscar pool you might be doing...

Best Picture: Slumdog Millionaire
Yes, we realize this is the safe choice. But with the amount of buzz this movie has generated, we feel it's an absolute no-brainer. Every now and then, the Academy votes for the feel-good movie of the year--and Slumdog looks like the next big winner.

Best Director: Danny Boyle, Slumdog Millionaire
Do you see a trend? We think they'll sweep these top two awards. Beg to differ?

Best Actor: Mickey Rourke, The Wrestler
We're not huge fans of Mr. Rourke but his performance was amazing and well respected across Hollywood. Many think Sean Penn may nab this one but we're going with our gut and picking Mickey. (Now if only he'd stop stalking Evan Rachel Wood...)
Best Actress: Kate Winslet, The Reader
Winslet's Oscar win is long overdue--we know it, she knows it, even the Academy knows it. Let's hope the universe works itself out and she wins a golden statue tonight. We heart Kate.

Best Supporting Actor: Heath Ledger, The Dark Knight
Because his performance was THAT GOOD. He commanded your attention while onscreen and delivered an almost-perfect performance. The academy will most definitely recognize this with a win.
Best Supporting Actress: Penelope Cruz, Vicki Cristina Barcelona
You couldn't take your eyes off her. She's an underrated actress who just might come into her own tonight.

Pictures of Rihanna beat up

The alleged altercation between Chris Brown and girlfriend Rihanna remains unconfirmed by either camp. But details are leaking from police sources which describe her face as battered with severe bruises and a black eye. They took pictures and say that the images are �horrific.� Celebrity site TMZ reports from a source inside the police department.

There are �major contusions� in multiple locations on her model face. She had a split-lip and a bloody nose while there are bite marks on multiple locations on her body. She reportedly told police at the scene that she was beat-up by boyfriend Chris Brown with his fists.

The San Jose Mercury News reports that the bruising on her face look like an �MMA fighter.� The swelling is apparently so great that it look like �devils horns� are growing from the bruises above her eyes. You can read more including some specious rumors at Think Fashion.

Both were nominated for Grammys and were scheduled to appear at the February 8 awards show but cancelled at the last minute.

Los Angeles Police have today launched an internal investigation to determine who leaked the photograph.

A spokesman said: 'The photograph has the appearance of one taken during an official Domestic Violence investigation.

The Los Angeles Police Department takes seriously its duty to maintain the confidentiality of victims of domestic violence.

'A violation of this type is considered serious misconduct, with penalties up to and including termination.'

Rihanna's father Ronald Fenty said he was disappointed the photo had been leaked from the LAPD.

He told Us Weekly magazine: 'It's disturbing, it's terrible.

'It's good and it's bad to see the picture because there's other people who were thinking differently, that [Rihanna's injuries] may not be that bad, just a little spank or a little thing.'

Brown surrendered to Los Angeles police on February 8 and was released on $50,000 bail after being arrested for investigation of making a criminal threat, a felony.

He has not been charged by the district attorney's office, which is still investigating the case.

Brown surrendered to authorities just as the Grammys ceremony was getting underway.

According to police, Brown and a woman began arguing as they were travelling in a car shortly after the February 7 party.

The fight escalated after they got out of the car, and Brown had left by the time officers arrived.

Rihanna, who turns 21 today, has not been seen in public since the alleged attack and is believed to be staying with her family in Barbados.

His father said there are no plans for Rihanna to have a party tonight as far as he's aware.

Some of her close friends placed birthday greetings in the local Barbados newspaper, The Nation News.

The message read: 'Happy 21 Birthday to Robyn Rihanna Fenty. Amidst all the negativity about Ri Ri. God will continue to bless her. That�s why you are so great, Ri Ri. From Sharon, Shane, Kim and Rashane.We love you.'

Brown spoke out about the incident for the first time this week, saying he is 'sorry and saddened' by what happened.

The 19-year-old R&B singer said he is seeking counselling from his pastor and loved ones but said much of what has been reported of the incident is untrue, although he did not elaborate.

In a statement issued through publicist Michael Sitrick, he said: 'Words cannot begin to express how sorry and saddened I am over what transpired.

'I am seeking the counselling of my pastor, my mother and other loved ones and I am committed, with God's help, to emerging a better person.

'Much of what has been speculated or reported on blogs and or reported in the media is wrong,' he added.

But he said he could not discuss that in detail until his case is resolved.

Dancer Gioel Enriquez on Tour With the Prestigious Diavolo Dance Theater!

Professional dancer Gioel Enriquez will be touring this year through 18 cities in the U.S with the internationally well known dance company, Diavolo Dance Theater!

The word "DIAVOLO" stands for: Dia, Greek for "through, across, from point to point" and Volo, Latin for "I fly". The name has other connotations: "Diablerie" (French) - playfulness, mischief; the clever, astounding, or comical pranks of a child, clown or rascal.

Gioel beat out hundreds of other dancers for the chance to join and tour with the prestigious Diavolo.

When Mr. Jaques Heim (creator and choreographer of KA - one of the most impressive shows of Cirque Di Soleil and founder/Artistic Director of Diavolo Dance Theater) saw Gioel in action he said,"I saw, in Gioel, the ability to inspire others. We are all excited to work with Gioel and feel that he will be a wonderful asset to our Company".
