President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle were riding high during yesterday's Cherry Blossom Festival parade.
Actually, that's their true to life doppelgangers riding aboard Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum float. The museum first unveiled the President's wax likeness in February 2008. The First Lady's statue followed this past week, greeting the public on April 7th.
While the adoring crowd cheered the wax figures, President Obama was busy greeting surprised tourists at the Lincoln Memorial.
No word on the First Lady's true whereabouts. My guess is she took the girls on the planned Williamsburg getaway. Why waste a perfectly good luxury suite reservation?
