The actress recently confessed to Interview magazine that she was planning to tame a cat for the moment to learn more about the ways of the feline, but eventually decided it wouldn't be so nice for the cat:

"I actually had this moment when I convinced one of the assistant directors on the London portion of the film to get a cat with me, the idea being that we were going to get a kitten from a rescue shelter, and he was going to live with me, and I was going to observe it, and when I left London, I was going to give it to her. Then, thankfully, her husband pointed out that it was a terrible idea on so many levels, not least of which being that it would probably be really confusing to the cat. "

It is more astonishing that Anne Hathaway has no cat people in her life, ultimately chose to consult the Internet: "I turned to YouTube instead and got a National Geographic video on cats."

Raffaelo Follieri, aka Anne Hathaway's bf of four years, was arrested in New York today because he tried to pass a bad check. The check was for around $250,000. 

Across the water, supermodel Naomi Campbell was arrested for (surprise, surprise) assault in London's Heathrow Airport. But this time it was toward a police officer! She had already boarded the plane and was then removed by officials.

Oh boy, what a wonderful start to April.
